In the painting process of engineered hardwood flooring, color staining is often required to achieve the desired color effect. However, there may be slight differences in staning across different batches of flooring. For long-term orders, these differences can gradually become more noticeable due to cumulative processing variations. Therefore, ensuring color consistency across batches has become a significant challenge.

To maintain color consistency in long-term orders, we retain some samples of products from each production batch, properly labeled and recorded.
During the inspection process, we mix the initial order’s samples with newly produced products and hide their labels. Quality control and inspection personnel are then asked to identify which products are samples and which are newly produced. If they cannot differentiate correctly, it indicates that the color consistency between the old and new products has been successfully maintained.
