GENERAL questions

Yes, repair options include:                                                      Colour-blend filler for minor chips. Touch-up kit for scratches.          Board replacement.                                                                      Sanding and refinishing for worn, deeply scratched flooring.

 

The common engineered flooring does not suit for underfloor heating room. You can choose the flooring with underfloor heating description, which is special prepared.

WARRANTY PROGRAM

The warranty covers defects in the product itself by us during the manufacturing of the product and based upon the type and use.

The warranty program covers 2 years for surface color and lift time for structure.

The warranty provided by us does not cover the natural wood characteristics such as variations in grain, colour and mineral lines. Damages caused by improper installation, use or maintenance are excluded as well.

Take pictures of the damaged part and contact us. Our specialist will estimate the lose and complete the quality assurance process for you.

PAYMENT & SHIPMENT

We accept L/C or T/T. The L/C should be irrevocable and payable at sight. If it is T/T, 30% down payment is request to be made according to the proforma invoice we issued. Then the balance payment can be done after receiving copy of Bill of Lading stamped shipped on board, Invoice and Packing List by email.

It depends on the sail schedule and part distance. Usually within one month.
